Judging
Is it just me or has the judge involved in the Anna Smith case acting unprofessionally.  I envision judges to be detached and professional. This one rants and seems to be emotionally involved.
Maybe that’s how American judges are, I don’t know.  I haven’t been to court all that many times in Canada.  The few times I did go as an observer the judge was impartial and emotionally detached.  To me they’d have to be in order to make an impartial judgement.
Another form of judging started again this week, American Idol. Now in that show the judges certainly aren’t impartial or emotionally detatched at least they weren’t when I watched the show. I haven’t watched any of the shows yet and don’t think I’ll be watching it again this year. However we have heard all the hoopla about Paul Abdul.  Are you planning to watch it?

I just blogged about the Anna Nicole Smith trial as well. I hope that the majority of US Judges aren’t like the Judge in this trial. It was a circus and, in my opinion, the Judge was unprofessional and showed no respect to the deceased woman decaying in a morgue while he enjoyed his national TV spotlight.
News reports have said that the Judge is shopping around for his own TV show and has had reels of his cases put together. Is there anyone who isn’t cashing in on Anna Nicole Smith?

Let’s be honest Tracy has there ever been a time when someone wasn’t cashing in on her?
